What we collect
- The photos you upload to make a video or filter.
- The videos and images we generate for you.
- Your email address and sign-in details.
- Payment records from our payment provider. We never see your full card number.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and errors, to keep the service working.
How we use your photos
Your photos are used only to make what you asked for. We don’t use them to train AI models, and we don’t share them with anyone except the video provider that renders your video, under a contract that forbids any other use.
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. You can delete them sooner from Settings.
Your videos
Your videos stay in My videos until you delete them. A video is only visible to others if you share its link.
Your rights
You can download or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing hello@ai-zombie.com. Deleting your account removes your photos, videos and profile within 30 days.
