Failed renders
If a video or filter fails, the credits it used come back to your balance automatically. You don’t need to ask.
Unused credits
You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any of its credits. Email hello@ai-zombie.com from the address on your account. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel.
Results you don’t like
Results are generated by AI and vary, so we can’t refund a video because you would have liked it to look different. If a finished video is clearly broken, for example a missing face or a frozen shot, email us and we’ll refund the credits.
